Jan Kerrigan

Jan Kerrigan has her degree in Business Management and Accounting and has worked in the Corporate world most of her life.  Her life took a dramatic turn in 2007 when she was diagnosed with colon cancer.  Since that time she has made many changes in her life.  In 2012 she met Jay Weitzner who became her Personal Trainer.  With Jay’s guidance she was able to lose over 50 pounds and  continues to be a healthy cancer survivor today.   It takes personal integrity, discipline and dedication to stick with a healthy life style.  Without Jay’s knowledge, motivation and dedication, none of this would have been accomplished.

Jan believes that all of life’s challenges are opportunities for growth.  Jan took her greatest challenge and turned it into her greatest opportunity.   Jan set a new direction for her life in motion.   In 2012 she partnered with Jay Weitzner and opened Symmetry.    Since that time, Jan has become a Certified Personal Trainer and knows there are no limits except the ones we put on ourselves.
